About the GroupField® Process

How can group interactions be genuinely open to all that wants to be spoken and still lead to collaboration and effective outcomes?
For many years this question kept my interest alive, as I was slowly evolving such a way of working with groups in my teaching and through my group facilitation. After much experience with my own groups, as well as learning from others, finally
GroupField was born.
For members to speak openly in the
GroupField process, they examine preconceived attitudes, find common ground among the differences, and connect in shared tasks.
GroupField nurtures the group as a complete living, human system that can do better, and even reach deeply satisfying and resourceful states in the course of working together.
How does all this look in reality?
Perhaps a simple way of saying it is that extraordinary results can be achieved when all the diverse opinions and needs are respected, listened to, and connections with others can be recognized.
Working together in true and spontaneous collaboration is most powerful. We have seen this power many times in the
GroupField process and in our training groups. In our everyday lives, this type of group learning usually leads to more connectedness with people of different opinions and worldviews ... and even to life itself.
The
GroupField process is an antidote to fast solutions that do not stand the test of time. We take the necessary time for wholesome solutions and optimal development to occur.
